We are not impressed with this hotel. Although it is situated close to a metro station and the center of the city, it is not far from the main train station. the room is small and the cleanliness could be better. the bathroom is basic and not well maintained. the staff barely speak English and are not accommodating. the breakfast is below average and not worth the price.
The location may seem convenient, but the hotel is lacking in other areas such as cleanliness and service.

The hotel is centrally located and close to popular tourist attractions such as Xuanwu Lake and the Presidential Palace. The rooms are well-furnished and cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet offers a unique variety of meals. Nearby there are restaurants and supermarkets.
Nothing all excellent.

Great location close to public transport and good eateries. Clean and comfortable rooms with accommodating staff.

The ideal location of the hotel was great. It was within walking distance to many attractions, including a lake and a mountain park. the hotel was also surrounded by various restaurants, offering different types of cuisine. the staff did a good job keeping the rooms clean.
There was a language barrier which made communication with the staff difficult. They had a limited understanding of English, making it challenging to convey our needs.

Great location next to top restaurants and main tourist attractions. Room was clean and tidy, with daily cleaning as well. The breakfast buffet had a variety of unique meals that satisfied my taste buds.
Some of the hotel staff had difficulty communicating in English, which made it hard for us to communicate with them. It would be great if staff had better English skills to help us with all our needs.
